Was warned not to take him. Took him anyway. Good Decision. Bar exam heavy on biz assoc. and I heard his voice while writing the answer. Tough, doesn't take BS -- good preparation for practice. Saw him in court years later and had a good laugh about his methods. The wimps rebelled against him, class was reassigned to Devlin, but Lovins was superb.

Missed 10 out of 30 classes. Seemed distracted when teaching. I learned more in a 2 hour seminar about BA than from an entire term with this guy.
