She has very warm heart if student feel so hard to study, she encourage them Some students said it is too hard, however, if you read the textbook several times, and taking a note on the ppt during the classes, and ask the question to her what you did not understand then you can get the great score. I wish you believe yourself you can improve.

She is my favorite teacher I've ever had. Very knowledgeable, helpful if you need it, but you do need to put in the work on your end. Don't expect to pass this class without reading the book carefully. Tests tend to cover a lot of information so prepare wisely. Powerpoints are your best friend.

I was privileged enough to study underneath Professor Pauline Hatzokstantis for two years, as she was my General Bio Professor as well as academic advisor. And will admit upon first meeting her I had my reservations, she will push you to your limits, and when she doesnt think youve worked to your full potential she will call you out. That said I

She is a very tough teacher, her notes on the board are everywhere. She gives a few take home exams, then some in class. She expects every student to do perfect in her class, but the way she teachers isn't for everyone. Don't take this class if you hate biology, you will fail. She makes students turn their lab manuals in the last day of classes.

She is a very nice lady, very motherly and genuinely cares about how successful her students are. She does come late a lot and sometimes does not get through all the material but she is willing to help you. If you are not a strong student and dont like bio dont take it because she is a bit messy on the chalkboard and can be hard to follow at times.

she's really strict. i have't taken any scary professors like her! she asked all students before let us go, "What did you learn today?" we can't go home until we answer. u can't say the same thing which someone said. And we had to do Lab work by ourselves using CD-R.(that's because we were in summer class tho.)if u don't like Bio, DON'T take her!
