Adult Development research and practice has never been the same after taking his class. His classes were like spiritual meetings with a rabbi. His thoughts are deep but his manner is simple, approachable.

Kegan's research, and his theory of adult development are both worth learning about and reflecting on, for your own growth and for understanding the growth and development of those around you.
