Her class was very informative and she is very passionate about her job and with biology. The only negative is she's a talker and she's monotone, so her class seems very long.

Dr. Campbell is an amazing professor. My grades only started falling off because I was too lazy to study. However, as long as you study her tests and practicals are super easy. She's probably the sweetest professor you will ever at Upstate. Nicest lady I've ever met. I'd love to have her class again.

Comment:

Sarah is hilarious, you just have to listen closely when she talks. My favorite joke she ever told was how to remember how fungi reproduce- "Just remember, fun guys go both ways." I was the ONLY one in the class to laugh because most people just don't pay her any attention. Get over the fact she doesn't speak loudly, and enjoy that woman's humor!

This class is very boring. Mrs. Campbell is very monotone, there is no excitement. Everybody just sits there dazed, confused, or asleep. Her tests doesn't relate to the book or notes at all and you're on your own. She DOES NOT review for the final exam at all. Instead for the exam review, she made the class watch a random video about animals.

Her test are nothing like I've ever seen before. Every one has about 60-80 questions on each chapter. Part may be multiple choice but majority of it is fill in the blank with NO answer choices to choose from. All you can do is use prior knowledge and make educated guess. Overall she is a pretty decent and understanding teacher. Monotoned.

Awful! Power points are useless. Tests are impossible. And all she does is stand there and talk in a boring monotone voice and then make a smart remark about how no one cares about the environment. I would not recommend her to anyone on campus.

Ms.Campbell is sweet and will slick play you in class if you are texting or not paying attention. She lectures ALL class period << But if you take notes and study them you will do fine on the test which will allow you to pass the class... take notes!

Professor Campbell is a great instructor! The course does require some studying, but by simply attending class and taking notes, a B to B+ is likely. Tests are often multiple choice, and she allows explanations for an answer, so she may give credit even if the selected answer isn't what she wants. Great class!

Very annoying, monotone, & soft spoken. Would always change a part of the lab and wouldn't explain new instructions clearly or loud enough to hear. No sense of humor & gets frustrated when students are confused. Didn't care to help me when my grades weren't showing up on BB (the only way to see them). She is very natural & doesn't wear deodorant.

AWESOME PROFESSOR! She is helpful in class and wants to see her students succeed not just in her class but other classes as well. Office door is always open! She makes biology make sense in her lab. She will greet you the same way every day "Good afternoon ladies, gentlemen and whoever else has wondered in" GET HER! SHE IS AWESOME!

extremely nice. always has your average calculated. doesn't bother you when you're working and extremely helpful. talks with her hands, which is funny to watch. REALLY nice lady. always willing to help and put others first. 2 tests. no homework. tells corny jokes, but they're funny anyway. everyone in my class loves her, literally. VERY GOOD!
