I LOVED THIS CLASS! This professor is intelligent and teaches environmental law with an expertise that law students expect from professors. The class size is limited so sign up early. It will change the way you look at the world.

Very personable. He is a difficult teacher as he has high expectations of his students, but those high expectations will teach you the right way to write legal papers. At first you will hate him (especially if you have never had someone tear apart the way you write) but by the end you'll consider him to be on of the best.

I found him to be in serious need of ADHD meds. He tends to be easily distracted and will talk your ear off about things totally unrelated to class. BEWARE. He will try to actively trick you. I suggest you find a L2 or L3 who had him in previous years. They will be able to tell you about his mat'ls. He pretty much does the same thing every yr.

This professor has a great personality and makes the class fun and upbeat. Be careful not to mistake his fun personality for someone who will not be strict in grading his assignments. Don't let his humorous fun personality fool you. He will not hesitate to give you a low grade if your work does not reflect quality and organization.

This is a very hard class. It is very difficult to get a good grade unless your writing is close to perfect. Professor Manganiello is very good about giving a student as much help and direction as they need to ensure that they do well in his class. Prepare your assignments way ahead of time to allow enough time for him to critique drafts.

Busts your cookies, but you defintely learn a lot, especially compared to other professors. Once you finish, you will be gladd you took his class. While you have him, you may fantasize about choking him!!

He likes to threaten and he means it. He'll teach how to do something, but if someone disagrees he'll change according to the other view; he'll do this repeatedly, so that you won't know which end is up. Bad teacher!
