Comment:

Second time taking Dr. Flores. He is very clear on class expectations and is accessible by email at all times. His tests are difficult because he writes them himself, but he gives 3 points extra credit if you miss a maximum of 3 classes. Also gives another extra credit opportunity at the end of the semester. Lectures are engaging and entertaining.

This is my 2nd time taking Flores and I'm taking him again next semester (for diff course) b/c he's just that great. Funny, understandable, and will extend assignments if necessary. Easy grader and course work is not hard. Would definitely recommend.

He is an awesome professor! He helps students when theyre in need. He makes class very fun. He makes the class comfortable. He also sometimes sets a little part of class for questions about the research paper. TAKE HIM!!!

Dr. Flores is an amazing professor! Boring lectures but makes class fun. You have a couple of assignments, a game class activity, and a paper to write. Relates to students and is inspiring. Gives extra credit if you do not miss class for the semester. Top criminal justice professor.

I've taken several CJ courses w/ Dr. Flores such as, theories, research methods, and corrections, and if he lectures senior seminar, where can I sign up? Lectures are understandable and he makes the class entertaining and fun. Literally cracks up a joke. C and ends w/ RIME If you don't get the idea, then I don't know what to tell you...

Dr. Flores especially is an exceptional faculty member and professor. He breaks down the material so that you get a better understanding of it. He is hilarious, very educated and passionate about corrections. He is prompt in replying to messages and as helpful as he could be. I hope to be as nearly as good of a professor as him in the future.

Flores is an amazing professor. In Corrections he breaks down each topic so that you understand the concept. He is funny and that makes class enjoyable every time. He has clear study guides, if you show up to class everyday you should get an A.

He is a great professor, I took him for theoretical perspectives and it was amazing. The material is kinda boring on it's own but he made it fun and relatable. He's super funny and knows what it's like to be a student so he will definitely cut the class some slack when it is needed. Gives great feedback and loves to hear what us students think.

He is so funny! He was honestly my favorite professor. His lectures are actually interesting and fun not boring and long. He grades easy. Only one presentation needed but he's very lenient on people knowing that public speaking isn't easy. Very encouraging, hardly any homework. I wish I could take him for more classes, he's great!

Professor Flores is great. He is laid back , and makes jokes during class. He knows what he is talking about . Extra credit is offered, and you should read your book it will help out on the test. Overall a great professor.

He funny and helpful. Reading the book is golden like any other class, however he does give great lectures for those who don't read. Lectures at first are pretty short but as the quarter comes to an end they tend to last almost the full two hours. He also gave 3% extra credit to those who don't skip more then 2 days of class.

I really enjoyed the class. After the midterm you watch nothing but movies. No homework, only midterm, paper and final. And he gives you a study guide that is very helpful. Overall really good/ easy class and I would take another one with him.
