Needs to either step down and hire someone from the outside for her position or change the way the program is run. I would honestly say that some of the best students have been lost to either power tripping teachers or to tests that are given that are all questions from the NCLEX study books. Why would you allow questions like that for 1st and 2nd semester students when many RN's have trouble answering them????? Just wondering......I would so love to see the start vs finish % 4 each group.

No mind of her own. Puppet on a string for the instructors and is not there to help the students from being railroaded. Chaffeys program is horrible
