Comment:

One of the best professors I've ever had. He is so nice and tries to make the class fun and exciting. Cares about all his students and makes the class personable. There is homework every week but answers come right out of the book and he will tell you the questions that will be on the quizzes. Attendance is mandatory. Take this class! Easy A!!

Comment:

Professor Hansen is one of the few out there that will give you hands on information and make it fun and exciting! He's the best professor I've had at FIU so far and if i could take this class again i would! Amazing teacher, just show up and participate and you'll get an A! :)

Prof. Hansen is one of the best professors in the hospitality school, his book i easy to read and he gives great reviews on the quizes. just go to class turn in the homework and talk to him, he is very nice and extremely understanding and helpful. He is smart and knows his stuff!

Nice professor, not so nice person. Tests are straightforward. A little egotistical, but also interesting. Makes you purchase the book he wrote. Owns personal catering company so is very knowledgeable.
