He was a very nice teacher. his class was difficult though. Go to class. if you don't you will have trouble catching up. know your notes and and you won't need a book. He is very willing to make time to talk to you and explain things better! very sweet teacher. Study hard though!

Great teacher. Knows his stuff. half of my class got C or less, half got A's. curves tests. if you cant' pass this course then it is your own fault. go to class and pay attention and you will be fine. I got an A.

I STRONGLY disagree with these ratings! This class is not an easy A but an A is very attainable for anyone who puts effort into the class. He's a wonderful teacher who provides many different examples and is always available to students who need extra help. As far as the book, no you do not need it but many people who did not read it were getting C

Lectures are extremely boring, and very hard to understand. Very smart man but does not talk in a way where his students can understand. I absolutely hated this class.

no real need for the books. though attendance isnt mandatory, dont miss a class, otherwise you'll be completely lost. a very good instructor and is willing to explain things over until you understand it. Really must study hard several days before exams...have to know the stuff inside and out.

Don't buy the book. Tests right off of Powerpoints, and yet they were really hard! Attendance is not mandatory. Very caring teacher... he wants to help you, so thats nice. My lowest grade in the major =(

If you can teach your self you wont have a problem with Mr.Quesal. He did not teach in a way that most students could learn. VERY intelligent man, but not the best teacher.
