The sweetest lady ever, absolutely loved her film class! She knows that everyone has science classes to worry about, and knows people are trying to do their best, so she gives lots of feedback and doesn't grade harshly. You learn a lot about the ways movies are made, and who doesn't like movies?!

Honestly, Parkhurst isn't that bad of a professor. If you do the work, you get the credit. I scored an A- in her class because I did as much of the homework as possible, almost always showed up to class & met her outside of class for feedback. She was a pretty fair grader- I got the credit that I deserved. Definitely would recommend her!

I really enjoyed this class. she's a great teacher, very educated and helpful. She does not give a lot of work and does not give hard work. Assignments are not hard. I would write an essay an hour before class and ended up with an A. Also she doesn't really grade you for reading she grades you for your writing skills. she looks for specific things

professor parkhurst is a great teacher. she'd very helpful and tells you exactly what she wants. i had her for film and although i started off badly, she guided me through it. she's very educated about movies and film so if you're a movie lover, DO IT ! work load is not bad at all. only thing is if you miss class, it's your job to go watch it!

Very nice teacher who is willing to help you out in any way possible, but she grades rough for such an easy class. Some films are interesting, but don't miss class she gives random essay pop quizzes all the time.

she is a really really nice teacher and insanely smart. her classes are actually interesting compared to other expo classes. grades very fairly and gives extensions if you need them. helps out if you ever have any question with writing a paper. i highly recommend her to anybody. probably one of my favorite professors

Parkhurst is a very nice teacher. I should have donme well in this class but i didn't try at all. If you try and kep up wiht your work you will do well. You can also BS your way out of a lot of assignments if you try hard enough. She is extremely HOTT!!!
