This is the best class, I wish I would have taken it my first semester at Pierce, but it was a great chill way to end my courses before I transfer. Really informative and super easy A. Liz is the BEST, she cares about her students, and she really is so encouraging. You'll love it.

Liz was the best teacher I have ever had. Such an easy A, no need to buy the textbook you can pretty much do everything without it...I never bought the book and I passed with more points needed for an A. She gives a lot of extra credit, easy tests, couple easy project, and really funny. Take her!!!

Honestly, when I decided to take this class I did not think that I would learn much. I learned about studying, note-taking, taking tests, and about myself. I'm really that I took with class with such an amazing professor. She is so caring and thoughtful. She's an amazing please make sure to take her!

Please take her Counseling 40 class! I didn't think I'd get much out of it, but it taught me so much about myself, my goals, and college. If you do the weekly forum posts and occasional homeworks and quizzes, it's a fairly simple A. Just make sure to do the work in time. I was a full time student and it wasn't stressful to take this class.

Easily one of the best professors . She's extremely encouraging. Assignments and "projects" are easy. I say "projects" because they are very short simple assignments. Plenty of extra credit opportunities. She responds to emails quickly and you learn a lot about educational goals and plans. I wish she taught courses in my major. MUST TAKE FOR SURE!

Liz is the best Professor I've had. I'm graduating from CSUN now, but she inspired me and supported me throughout my academic career. She's amazing, count your blessings if you're lucky enough to have her. I went into Sociology because of her :0) I fell in love with the subject.

I absolutely loved taking PD40 with Liz. She is super funny and down to earth as well as extremely informative. Just be warned that she can be pretty blunt. She does offer extra credit, especially towards the end of the semester. Homework and tests are really easy. I learned a great deal in Ms. Strothers's class about ways I can better my future.
