I thought this class was going to be challenging but not! Very easy exam and funny questions. I did not read the book at all, however, I just flip the pages of the book to see the definitions. His exams are 50% from the lecture and 50% from the book. Take note of what he is saying because it will be on the test. Very easy grader and act funny!

His lectures are really boring. He thinks he's funny, which makes it worse. The examples he uses in class are on the tests. Read the book. 3 exams, formula sheet. Takes forever to start the exams.

His lectures are long and boring. He gets sidetracked easily and he thinks he is funny. The class is easy. Just pay attention to his examples during class. You must read the book because most questions on the exam come from the textbook. Pay attention take notes and its an easy A. He also lets you have a page double sided with formulas on exam.

This guy really knows what he's talking about. He can be difficult to follow at times but he's kind of like a mad scientist. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and the assignment you have to write a paper is an easy A.

You need to read the Chapters he assigns along with take notes on his lectures. I didn't do any of the homework he suggested only followed along with the problems he did in class and I got an A on all the tests. His lectures go right along with the tests. Yes hes goofy but it keeps you awake during 2 and a half hour night classes.

I got an A, but I had to do it all on my own. No visual aids, so you just listen to him talk the entire time. Not very helpful or flexible. He made a mistake on a calculation on a board and when we tried to tell him, he got upset and said it is because we did not get the material.

He does not know how to properly explain the content of the course. he ignored the book quite a bit and his exams make no sense compared to what he tells you to study. He takes attendance every class, and lectures the whole class. Does not go over the assigned homework.

Worst professor I have ever had. Hard to understand and very unhelpful. You will be teaching yourself everything so be ready to study the book because his lecture and notes are useless. Only reason to go to class is because attendance is part of your grade.

If I hear the words "Got that?", "Ok", "I invented that", or "you better know that" one more time. This guy is a train wreck. Avoid him if you can. Complete bore except that he is a mix of characters from Seinfeld. Think of Newman and George Costanza's father.

Very knowledgable instructor however his delivery methods are ineffective for first time finance students. He should NOT be teaching Fin 405. He should be teaching advanced finance classes to actual finance majors not MBA students with other core areas of study. Roosevelt University should be embarrassed to allow this to occur.

He is an intelligent teacher but has a cannot explain it well. The only way all the students learned is by reading the book. if you can, take Mr. Sigliols. He is much better but his class conflicted with my work schedule. I know many people taking Sigliols class and they say he is by far the best finance teacher at Roosevelt.

Awful teacher. Not helpful at explaining. Doesn't give answers to homework problems for 3 to 4 weeks later and doesn't explain the answers. Exams are extremely difficult. You don't know how you did even if you studied. Would not recommend taking this teacher at all.
