Great lady. Very nice, extremely fair grader. Chapter test every week, 12 total, 2 lowest are dropped. Not great at lecturing, a bit disorganized. Do HW and study and get an A.

Shes a sweet lady, but too bad she's not retired. She cannot have one coherent thought. Lectures make no sense. Has terrible writing and she's disorganized and lacks the competence required to teach this subject

Prof. Sweetman is a kind, sweet teacher. You need to know your 1A material well, she won't reteach it. Be prepared to read the chapter and learn the material yourself, although she will go over the main points in class. You'll need a good memory for the weekly chapter tests (not mc). Homework is due weekly and you have to do all of them for credit.

Just like her name, very Sweet lady! She's very helpful on the hw's and exams...although her lectures are really dry and dull . Business comm was very fun...class discussions are always interesting in class. I recommend her!...Her exams are questions off the HW's...If you do her mandatory hw's, you will be in good shoes.

Pros: 1)No midterm/final Cons: 1)Test on one chap. every week. 2)She always comes in with the teacher’s solution paper without never doing it.3)Explains everything without writing anything. Worst acc. teacher. I can’t stand this teacher. If it wasn’t for her easier test compare to other accounting teacher’s on campus, I would go crazy.

If you like bookkeeping and journalizing, you might enjoy the way this teacher presents the material. Her tests are much easier than Pinchuks. If you don't mind her quirks and do the work on your own, it's a nice way to take 1B.

She can get upset rather easily. If you are shy or not very confident with the English language, you should probably take a different teacher. Class moves at a fast pace, you have to really make an effort to learn the material on your own.

An energetic teacher who really wants students to participate in the learning process. Tests on each chapter--you can grasp the material. Read the book, do homework, use the study guide, and you will do fine. Tests are very practical. It's a great class.

Class is fast pace - you should know your Actg 1A really well, do you homework and know it. Test is similar to hmwrk/bk assignments. Don't miss a class, you'll regret it.
