Long tangents so a lot of the material is on your own. In-class problems are different than homework is different from the exam. God awful exams too. He cares that you know the answer quickly even though the exams were all open book. Proclaims the second exam is the hardest test you'll take at RWU. He wants to see you fail.

He tries to come across genuine but you can see right through. Seems more interested in outside activities than actual classes. Not very available when you need help. Dr Melton is not really helpful with projects or cases. Plus, he only seems to want to talk/help the cute girls.

Doc is a great teacher. He explains everything clearly and make sure everyone understands before he continues to next topics. He's a funny teacher and keeps the class entertained. On a personal level he"s easy to talk to and helpful. Would recomend to take again.

He was a nice guy when I first started the class...but the type that when you walk passed him, he will pretend to be a caring person when in all actuality he really is just blowing smoke....I thought he was a good teacher at first, but he decided that his portfolio class was more important then the class I was in..Would leave early all the time!

Awesome teacher. Best at Roger Williams. Wish we had more fun teaher like him. He gets off topic at times, so as long as the class can keep him on track the class will be fun, but even his side stories can be interesting but you wont learn as much

Best teacher I have ever had. Tough but fair. His exams are hard so make sure to study. Those who do not like him are the ones who did not try and I know for a fact the one poor posting was someone who didn't present their project on time and told Doc that Beta and P/E don't matter when annalyzing a portfolio/ company. overall best teacher at RWU
