I thought amateur sports was going to be the best class ever. When I got stuck with Hogshead, I was very disappointed. She teaches sports and did not even know what P.E.D's were. I also have a running tally going for how many times she talked about herself. I am at 27. Cant wait till this class is over.

Very knowledgable and helpful. Went out of her way to make sure that we understood the material and was always available to answer questions after class. She's not ashamed ( nor should she be) of her accomplishments. I felt lucky to have her as a professor! Thumbs up!

Confusing. Read the supplement Mastering Torts if you do nothing else! She can be very disrespectful and make you feel like an idiot, and not very clear. Exam is straightforward. Just have to put up with her.

Fantastic professor, I highly recommend. Very helpful in class and outside of class. She's funny and very energetic about teaching. Her exams are not incredibly difficult if you have studied the coursework and are prepared. I would definitely take this professor again.

Never in my life have I written so many briefs. Students would ask a question only to have her stare at them and move on as if they never spoke. Disrespectful to students and she lost some papers so keep everything! To be fair, I've heard she's gotten much better.

Pretty straight-forward with teaching, but this prof. does not listen to student responses. She tells people they are right when they are wrong. Just read the book and you'll be fine. Don't listen to anything in class. Study "counsel for the day" lessons. Teaching is just a way for her to be able to get paid & work on her gender-equity causes.
