Must say, I was a little disappointed with ratemyprofessors. Granted, he is an easy A if you do the work and he is a very nice guy. However, he is very critical on students (but has to be to encourage growth). You will probably learn more about his daughter than business communications. There are 3 presentations (2 2minute ones and 1 5 minute one)

I will admit he tends to lack clarity in the beginning. But he becomes pretty easy, he tells you what to expect on midterm and final, and the presentations are extremely helpful. Really benefitted from this class, got an A and it wasn't very difficult. Nice guy as well

In the beginning, I thought he was boring too. But then began to realize that he had some really interesting things to say. Can tell he's a powerful manager and fair as all hell! Great motivator, sincere and caring. Thanks, Dr. Baard!

Dr. Baard was a great teacher. He was extreemly interesting. Yes he does repeat htings four or five times, but that us his style. He give plenty of time to do assignments, he is hery fair. He left wuite an impression on me. He always had interesting, user practical things to teach. I liked him!

Teaches to the lowest denominator. Repeats everything 5 times. Assigments always get pushed back. Always offers extra credit. Takes attendance, but reading all his articles will make you do better on the midterm and final. Lectures painfully boring.
