He's a really nice man, always in the math lab if you need extra help and he encourages going in there for tutor help. Although in class he isn't very clear on what he's teaching, far easier to self teach out of the book, the material isn't that hard anyways. He LOVES quizzes and you can't make them up so don't skip class!

He takes no interest in the class. You basically have to learn the material yourself using the book. He lectures for about 10 - 15 minutes then you're on your own for the remainder of class time. He's bad at answering students questions. Not recommended.

Boring class. He is not a good teacher. He very monotone. He gives homework weeks in advance which is great but he doesn't keep up with himself. He is always a few lessons behind. I sit in the front row of his class and I can never understand him. I ask questions and he doesn't answer them. He answers a question I never asked. Be prepared.

Overall he is a good teacher willing to help as much as he can; I must admit someday he can be moody and irriated with students. Very easy going a little to much; his class was out of control I felt as if I was in high school all over again. He allowed this behavior until almost the end of the semester. He is a good teacher and will work with you.

Summer college algebra class 2002. Terrible. He had no idea what he was talking about, the class spent half the time correcting him, not helpful, antagonistic. I survived, got an A, but that was on my own laurels and a background from Honors Algebra II.
