I was fairly big into economics when I starting taking his class, which I did enjoy a lot. His teaching style is very fun and entertaining. My only beef with him was, he seemed to be very pro-Keynesian, which is an economic theory with tons of holes. If you wanna really learn economics, read Murray Rothbard or Walter Block. They simply economics.

Mr. Cartwright was great, his lectures were a little boring. I did not go to class except the class before tests and the day of tests and I made an A. He allows you to have a crib sheet for tests also. Just make your notes from the book.

He is my all time favorite professer! He is funny and easy to understand. Does an amazing job explaining in real life examples! TAKE THIS CLASS. As long as you show up and show interest you will have no problem!

Great teacher. Really cares about Economics and has a good teaching style. His test are different from his lectures, and can be a little rough. Does allow you to have a "crib sheat" and drops the lowest test grade if you have good attendance. Great guy! =)

He could be a nice person when he wanted. His lectures are not easy to following unless you absolutely love economics. Of you already have a hard time with this class do not take it from him.

Mr. Cartwight know economics and does not need the help of the book to lecture on ecomonics. However, the tests are based on both his lecturs and the reading. This class is a little difficult, but an A is very possible if you attend class, listen, and read the material.

He is a nice man. I liked him as a person, but as a professor he wasn't so great. He rambles on different topics so it is hard to follow along with his message and the tests are so hard. Its nothing like what he has covered in class.

Sorry but this teacher in class sounds more like a story teller at the jonesborough story telling festival rather than a lecturer. He expresses his political oppinions too much to students which is unnecessary. I didn't get anything out of his class and he has no outline study guide. The class is a joke.
