mrs. albert is a really funny teacher. there is a lot of work in this class but she makes it pretty easy... gives out lots of answers.... beware listen to what she tells you the first time she will not repeat herself... other than that she is hilarious... keeps the whole class laughing

Rickki is a wonderful teacher and makes learning fun. Easy "A" in the class all you have to do is show up, do the homework(hw is very easy), and she even gives out extra credit. I would take her class again to when its time to renew my cards.

Ricki is awesome! She is funny, hot-tempered and I learned alot. There is quite a bit of work, but in the end you get certified by the American Red Cross in 5 different areas. Overall, Ricki is a great teacher and I recommend her to anyone.

well what can i say about ricki. she is kool and kinda has a masculine sense of humor. she makes jokes that are at times inappropriate but sometimes funny. she is kool. but i wouldn't take her class again.

Ricki is an great instructor but when it comes to skills she can be impaient.. I took her in the summer it was hard too much studying required and I cannot believe I passed her class I got a B+. She has experinced on emerancy rescue she is good..... Just show up to class and study you will get a good grade you can't mess class you will behind...

Ricki's class is so easy that it's almost stupid. She hands out packets of lecture notes and there's not a whole lot of study time required. BUT, she has quite an ego, can't spell and mispronounces almost everything so if you actually want to learn, you need to study your books

I took her for first responder (or something like that). It was a fun class and an easy A. She throws a lot of information at you and is a little impatient, but she means well. If you study a lot and show up to class, especially for skills you will be good. She is funny and a great teacher.
