He explains things so clearly and really cares for his students. Gives plenty of homework to get practice in and provides good feedback when grading. If you are confused, he does his best to explain and provide you with as much help as necessary. Take him!!! He's the best math professor I've had!!

He is absolutely the best Math/Calc teacher/professor I have ever had. Ross has a way of teaching that goes beyond the work itself it's truly inspiring. He teaches math like it's a story so it sticks and it allows you as the student to make your own connections. Simply amazing. Also, you HAVE TO do the homework and that's great.

Comment:

Gives out homework twice a week and gives way too many problems. I had a question part a, b, c, d,... all the way to o and he sometimes grades homework and dont have time to work on any other homework. It takes me about 3 hours to complete each homework assignment. I spend more than 6 hours on homework per week and attend his zoom class.

Professor does not care for his students. Gets upset when you don't understand especially when you ask questions. Gives tons of homework and barely gives grades on them. Rude af . would not recommend makes everything harder than it needs to be .

One of the best I have had at Pace. No text. He makes all HW himself. Finds a way to cement info in your head. Extra help is always available and is very helpful. Lets out early sometimes and may even exempt you from the final if you are doing well. Can get pushy at times but expects you to put in work.

Ross is awesome. He makes sure that everyone understands everything before moving on, although the work we go over in class is sometimes repetitive. the class is easy, show that you are trying your best and you'll get a good grade. generally lets out early, espeially if you joke about wanting to leave :)

He was so easy, it was crazy. our tests were like 7 questions each from the review sheet. made extra effort to make sure that students understand subjects discussed. take him because its an easy A and you'll learn something.
