Starr is a great professor and counselor. I definitely recommend her if you want an easy A. all you have to do is show up for every class, do the homework duh!! and there's a lot of extra credit. if you have any questions she will help you. textbook is required. also there's a party at the end of the semester.

Susan Starr was probably one of the greatest professors I've had. Loved the class and her personality. Work was pretty easy and straightforward. Attendance does matter towards your grade. Offers alot of extra credit. Also if you're late to class you either give her a quarter, tell a joke, sing or dance. So beware. Overall good class.

Loved class and her personality... At first. Susan stated multiple times, to a class full of eager college students, that "some people just don't belong on this campus." Susan, on what basis do you decide you belong here, but as you've said, some students AND teachers don't? How innapropriate to think, Let alone tell your students. Disappointed.

I love Susan Starr. She is inspirational, honest, helpful, and an overall great teacher. You have to attend class to get a good grade in there because this class is basically all participation and small easy assignments. She also likes you to be on time so make sure you can manage that! Over all easy A and you will learn a ton no matter what.

Susan was such an incredible professor. Her spunky attitude was quick to wake us all up. Because she encouraged us to get to know each other (when time was appropriate), our class felt like a big family. I wish I could take another class with her as she is very positive and encouraging. She gives a lot of extra credit too, which is nice.

susan is the best instructor ever! she gives it to you straight. very encouraging and definitely helpful. i love her because shes outside the box, you never know what she'll do next! susan helped me reevaluate my ed-plan and get back on course =D i would recommend susan as a great counselor and professor 5 starrs across the board!!!

Susan Starr took the time to show me getting my degree was attainable. She inspired me to get my degree which is something I hadn't even considered. Susan is passionate about education and it shows in how she teaches and guides you into knowing your potential. She doesn't give up on you and she is truly disappointed when student don't succeed.
