He is okay as an individual but he is terrible as a professor. Emails you long readings at last minute and expects you to read them. He reads off the paper and writes on the board with his terrible handwriting. Calls on you to participate and even if you participate voluntarily, he will most likely say your idea is wrong. His quizzes are very hard.

He is a good professor and a caring one because he really wants you to succeed in this class. Even though, the homework is very long(6pg+), as long as you do them you'll get at least a b in the class. His classes can be boring and his notes is hard to understand but all you need for his homeworks are sent to you in pdf and is went over in class.

He is alright. His expects you to use specific terminology (what he discusses in class). You have to really pay attention to his lectures. Emails the work and readings very late. If you pay attention and write good notes then you should be able to pass.

Professor Yemi is the one you shouldn't take in your first year, he like to send out thing in the midnight and prefer you to download it. He prefers print copy and most of them are about 40 to 50 pages.

Professor Yemi expects a lot from students. He always sends emails with notes and assignments out to students in the last minute. His lectures are boring, he put you in sleep and you have to pay attention to what he said, instead of what he wrote on the board because he really has a messy writing. He expects a lot more information on tests and hw.

If u gonna take him early in the morning, dont do it to ureself, matter fact, dont take him at all. I honestly dont know how he got a degree to be a professor. He cant teach, ALL of the things he teaches are straight from the textbook he assigned us to read. He reads his notes straight from the paper he took notes on the night before. dont takehim

DO NOT take him if you are lazy or not hardworking. You will learn a lot in the class, but its very demanding. You have to write at least 7 pages for each homework, 6 homework every semester. He has horrible handwriting so you have to listen to him in order to take notes. Must write a novel per test question and fill it with facts from all lessons.

DONT TAKE HIM! His lectures are so unorganized. One minute he talks about poverty and the next he goes to talking about pizza and then goes to discrimination and says that was the fifth point. Also SUPER boring!!!! He makes it hard to stay awake in class. And he has this mindset that if you're Hispanic, he will try talking to you spanish.

The final for this class is almost impossible. He words questions in a way that makes zero sense. There are no guidelines. He gave us 3 questions he expected 4-6 pages for each question. Two of the questions he gave are IMPOSSIBLE! SAVE YOURSELF IM BEGGING YOU!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS! SAVE YOURSELF! The mid-term about 7 questions in class not open booked hand written. Every one wrote about two paragraphs for each question. When we have back the midterms after graded it he told us this is not what he expected. He then tells us he expected us to write a novel for each question.

He is very well educated SEEK professor. The man knows his thing. Although he is an extremely tough grader when it comes to writing papers, he gives you the chance to redo and resubmit them for a better grade with the help of the SI. GET PREPARED TO READ! But he emails the summary of the reading to make it easier for you which really helps out.

Do not risk it, biscuit. You are better off reading "The Autobiography of Malcolm X", then taking this class. The book is not even a requirement for this class, it is just that he spends so much time talking about black struggle that any of the political lectures are basically pointless, yet, he tests the student to know the knowledge. Pathetic.
