He's amazing. He's brilliant and I want to be just like him, to have the confidence he does one day. I am not a good chem student and worked my butt off by going to see him every week for help on problem sets, text questions, etc, and I think he respected that. He was always kind to me, and I put my effort in. A great class for a nice challenge..

It's a hard course because you should do well in the labs and in theory to pass it. Albert doesn't explain the material into the depth, so you should rely on the textbook heavily. Out of the class he's nice to talk to, but most of the time he doesn't understand what you trying to ask him because for him everything is so clear!!! Tests are hard too!

How are you supposed to be interested and do well in a course when the first words out of the professor's mouth are, "I hate this course. I hate teaching it. No other professor wanted to teach it, and so I, inevitably got stuck with it. This course is easy, and yet, only some of you will pass; the rest of you will fail...",

He is reasonable, and even joked when I spoke with him one-on-one but I couldn't understand a word he said in lecture, got angry with students when they answered questions incorrectly, got mad when no one WANTED to answer questions and constandtly reminded us how stupid we are and how easy the course is. The class is very hard and you will have to do the work to get a good grade! He isn't very exciting in lectures but is very helpful outside of class. He makes a good lab instructor, you will learn a lot. Be prepared to work though.

Worst Course ever, extremely worried for Analytical Toxicology. Really bad teacher, the text book was my saviour, but just a rediculous course altogether.
