Very easy class. If you know anything at all about word, excel, powerpoint then this will be a very easy A for ya. Don't need the books. The tests are open book/ internet. Kinda boring teacher though but nice. He trys but there is only so much you can do for this class.

A great teacher, who tries hard to get your attention with very little success. Yes boring but an easy class, I highly recommend it, you do not need the books, but it helps on the open book/open internet tests. If all you need is a computer class, this is the obvious choice and the obvious professor.

Maybe I'm wierd but I didn't know there was going to be SO Much programming in a class like this. He seemed like a fair guy and the tests were not bad at all, but the homework was *Whistles.* Not the easiest thing I've had to do.

Had baker for Windows GUI, Data Structures, and Intro to Programming. He's an amazing teacher and just an overall nice guy. I'd recommend him for any class. Do the work and you'll have an A no sweat, and you'll learn a lot in the process.

Not bad...sometimes hard to understand what he's saying (with all the computer jargon and whatnot), but he puts his code and lectures online for students to use. Assignments are hard, but you get two weeks to do them. Offers lots of bonus on tests and assignments. Very helpful when you need to ask questions.

I've had him for 3 semesters now and about to take a 4th. He's a good teacher for programming languages. Yeah his assignments are LONG but they are very very good. All I know about C/C++ I learned by spending time working on those. Good (and frequently the ONLY) C teacher

Nice guy, easy assignments if you bother to look in the book. He does tend to talk a little about current events, but usually pretty good about it. Open book tests with diagrams straight from it (easy for open book tests). Overall a good teacher. Recommend
