I had Prof Ayres for this rhetoric and writing class. She's a fantastic teacher and passionate about what she teaches in class, especially professional writing. She makes you actually work for your grade, and you need to know what's going on in class to do well, but if you attend class, that shouldn't be a problem. Good professor

There is a group in class not interested in the course, & skip class and not do assignments - here just because it's required. It was interesting to see her motivate them anyway. Some had chances to redowork & still slacked. I learned much & many things she taught helped me not assume & consider multiple perspectives & explore every side first!

She really made us think, and helped us in ways I've never been helped before with writing and critical thinking. I would recommend her class even if it is a little difficult - if you are sincere and follow the syllabus, you gain a lot, and she will help you when you ask questions.
