Rabbi is an awesome teacher, you will always be laughing, his test are on angel and open notes, come to class write some notes and answer his questions and he'll love you. i highly recommend his class it was a lot of fun

Great professor and class isn't exactly hard at all. Only has 100 points though so if you mess up on one thing you could be screwed. He will help you whenever though so do not be scared to ask for help. His tests and quizzes are all online though so they are not too bad. One of the funniest professors at Penn State!

Rabbi Chorny kept his lectures easy to understand and when he did use Hebrew words he would clarify. Easy A if you actually do the work, open book test, NO TEXTBOOK, what else could you ask for?

the guy is alright. kind of tough to deal with and can be a bit irritating at times. im pretty sure he knows what hes talking about, although very often he biased whether its in regard to religion or politics (bush basher). otherwise, real easy and youll learn something too. recommendeeddddddddd

Best Teacher I've ever had. Open notebook, take-home tests. Only class you'll never fall asleep in. He's funny and highly interesting. Doesn't impose his Jewish religion on you, just teaches. Open, comfortable environment and you learn a lot while having fun. Relates to students very well. All his classes are HIGHLY recommended!

This teacher is the most unorganized man on earth. He "misplaced" the entire classes papers and none of us had any idea what our grades were till they were posted at the end of the semester. Simply put; unorganized and unhelpful. Will ruin your GPA! Don't take him. You WILL regret it!

Quite an easy A if you actually take the time to do the papers (one page). He assigns more papers than needed for extra credit opportunities. Midterm and final are take home... open internet,open note. wickedly easy class. no book needed either.

Not a bad class, a little hard to understand if you aren't familiar with Judaism or Christianity. Extremely nice and funny guy, very personable and socialble. Enjoyed his class a a lot. Just wish I understood a little more.
