Comment:

Brilliant professor. One of the only professors which can come into class, and teach a class like multi-variable calculus without any notes. Unfortunately he doesn't have very good social skills and teaches to the board, instead of to the class. Learning from the text book is a must!

Despite some comments, I actually really liked this professor. If your willing to put some effort into this course, you will get a good mark. If you ever feel like you deserve better marks on an assignment or test, hes usually very good about giving out some extra marks.

He is a very bright man but not to personable. I did well in the class but he doesn't make things too interesting. Difficult class. Can make you feel stupid but ask lots of questions anyway. He will help a lot and it's the only way to learn and get a good mark from him.

Teaching skills are somewhat lacking, but very intelligent man. Most students at Lakehead would rather complain than put in effort which would explain some comments. Wore the same sweater everyday for this first year class, EVERYDAY. Kinda odd, but that alone doesn't make him a bad person or instructor.

Unfairly maligned, misunderstood. Unfortunately not as easy to relate to as some profs, he scares students away by seeming unsympathetic but actually he will help you if you ask him to. Ask lots of questions in class and you will learn. If you worry about whether he's gonna make you look dumb (he doesn't mean to), and you won't. Nice guy I swear
