He was amazing over the summer. He made everything make sense with what he said. The class vibe was good especially for a morning summer class. Overall he is a really good professor. This was the first math class that I've ever understood fully and the only math class that I've got an "A" in.

Hes a good teacher, only problem is that he goes kind of fast when he teaches you need to work for your grade and do the homework before hand he gives so much hw. The exam are hard study. This class was challenging because I didnt have much time to study I took hard classes with this but I think anyone can pass if you put in the work.

Professor makes math119 very easy to understand. What i would suggest is dont skip class, don't be late, don't make not even one mistake on calculation, you make one wrong move, he is not easily forgiven. He is very funny and professional with what is doing as a professor, but he is very inpatient and will only answer certain questions. Good luck.

Professor Medin is a really good professor. He makes it clear from the beginning what to expect from his class so there is no surprises. Do the study guides,pay attention in class and do the homework and you will for sure get a B an A even,but you have to put in some work just do the study guides those do help and are really similar to the test

Great professor, hes very understanding and helpful, no one ever made me understand math like he does and he always makes sure everyone knows how to do the problem, but you wont pass if you dont try, homework is the key.

I dont understand how this professor has a good rating. I took him during spring and he was never available after class. He was not very helpful and he gives out ALOT of homework and most of the homework is material that he didnt cover. Hes very rude and if youre not in his good side, he wont help you. Dont take his class!

Awesome Professor, one of the best in Mathematics here at SWC. I would strongly recommend him, especially to those that are first starting out their first general semester. Completely understanding that math is not only class a student is enrolled and will make it easier for those days you do dream about calculating formulas and algebra solving.

He is a great professor ! Math is not my strongest but as long as you do the HW you will learn. He only gives 3 HWS but you will need to go to tutoring and at least spend 6 hours doing it. if you do so, its an easy A on the test even the final.

Mr. Medin was a wonderful teacher. I never found myself looking at the time, hoping class to end. For a math class, Mr. Medin makes it interesting, and understandable. I would recommend him to anyone interested in taking Math. On a side note, Mr. Medin also has a Masters in History. So, if you love to travel he knows the places to visit.

Very straightforward with his lectures. He gets right into it and will answer any questions you may have, and never gets too sidetracked. Of course, nobody can make calculus easy to learn for everyone, but Mr. Medin at least makes it comprehensible.

By far the best math teacher ive ever had. Makes math super easy/simple. lots of homework but make sure you do it b/c he'll help you out at the end of the semester. DO NOT DITCH CLASS. you'll get lost. Got a high B
