great professor, definitely a class to take lots of notes in! all of his tests are straight from the review sheets to make sure to ask questions and pay attention the day before the test because he goes over them in detail. the textbook is very useful as well in this class

Quinn is amazing! So funny and makes the class material interesting. His tests are hard though! Make sure you write down everything he says and study the review sheets, because sometimes he forgets to go over things.

Professor Quinn is incredible. Hes so funny and really tried to relate with his students to keep them engaged. At some points the content can be very dry, but he tries to keep it fun and interesting. The tests are incredibly easy, and basically tells you exactly whats on the test. 10/10 would take again.

Comment:

Probably one of my favorite professors ever. He's hysterical, he genuinely wants everyone to do well so he makes his class very easy, and he's very easy to talk to. He even lets the class vote on what we want the test to be on and then tells us exactly what the (short answer) questions will be. Show up, do the work, and you'll be fine. Easy A.

Professor Quin was by far my favorite professor of all time. He has amazing lectures and gives you the questions and answers that will be on the test every time. He is such a caring/funny person and will make sure you excel as long as you show you are trying. I deffinitly recommend him for any course and would love to take another class with him!

Great professor. Each of his lectures serves as a review session for the exams. Every class he goes over the topics on the exam through discussion and by practicing exam questions. By studying the outlines he hands out, taking good notes during class, and reading the associated chapters in the textbook you are ensured to get an A.

Dr. Quinn is great! Not only is he a great teacher, but he will go out of his way to help you. His office hours are very flexible. He even lets you pick what definitions and short answer questions will be on the test. Therefore it would be extremely hard to fail his class! He is also very funny and nice.

Comment:

Would not recommend to any child study majors, his lectures are mostly about drug/alcohol use. He has little knowledge to applying the topics to special education. Uses the "r-word" constantly, has no hope or compassion for autism. Rude and sometimes very vulgar. Nice guy but not a fan.

I had the best time with professor Quinn, I actually would look forward to his class. It's like learning and laughing at the same time. He is absolutely hilarious I would laugh every class so hard that I would cry. He is so nice, and if you're listening there is no reason you shouldn't do well. He let's you choose what is on your test as a class.

Professor Quinn is the best person to introduce you to college psychology. He's got tenure and he knows it, so don't expect him to take the class too seriously. Digresses with amusing stories frequently, but they always relate to the topic at hand. Didn't use the textbook at all for PSY 100, don't bother getting it. Would definitely take again.

He's very friendly/intellig. but this class gets very dry (in my opinion), and he sort of rambles on so you end up forgetting what was being discussed. He has 3 exams, and an optional paper to replace lowest test. His tests are challenging SO READ THE TEXT!! Pay attn. too, and take notes (best bet). Take advantage of rev. sheets, and ask ques.
