Professor Fortanasce is a Great Professor. The Avg. grade is misleading. You literally have to try not to get an A. He basically gives you a review sheet which is the test in a different format. Only 2 tests and a final. Lectures are extremely funny because he tells all these personal stories (since he is a lawyer). You don't need the textbook.

He's awesome. He basically tells the class stories about his cases since he's a lawyer which are interesting andor funny. There's 2 exams and a final, and his review sheets are just like the test. It's almost impossible to fail. Good class

I wish I had taken this professor for all the Law classes I taken. I took Lillie for BUS LAW 1 & 2 and that man makes law school look scary. With Fortanesse you will have a field day and wonder why can't you just have him as your professor for all the classes that you don't care about but have to take anyway.

Awesome professor, tells interesting stories, never keeps you the full 3 hours, gives you EVERYTHING that will be on the test and reviews it the class before the test. I'm taking him again next semester for Business Law II and I wish he taught more classes because I would take them whether I needed them or not. TAKE THIS PROF! You will not be sorry
