50% of your mark is weekly homework assignments and weekly 3 question pop quizzes marked passfail. (You usually only need 23, sometimes not even that) Midtermstests are pretty tough, but he scales up if the marks are low, so things usually workout well for everyone. Put the work in on the homework and read the textbook and you'll be golden

Friendly, good prof. Hard assignments, but with fair marking. Exams aren't a joke - prepare. Sometimes seems to get sidetracked on bizarre metaphors and strange stories, but they end up being related to what he's teaching. The diversions aren't always helpful, but they're never harmful, and they're always entertaining.

He is a great prof. The kind of guy you don't want to let down. The final was disgustingly difficult, given that we'd never seen any of the stuff before(may as well not even have studied), so he ended up scaling it crazy town, but you can't be mad at him when he's wearing his red race car shirt.

This man is an amazing prof. The class was hard, but you learned a lot if you put the effort in. He can by cryptic at times, but he does his best to help you understand. Class was worth attending for his hilarious comments alone.

Class was very hard, assignments take a very long time, midterm and final were ridiculously hard, however, he marks very easily so you'll still do well. Weekly quizzes were sometimes easy sometimes hard....just make sure you actually read ahead. Go to the lectures or you won't understand anything.

He made me question my choice to major in physics. He is the single worst professor I have ever had.

His tests compare greatly to anal****. His quizzes are the only reason people pass his course. He's pretty funny though... I liked going to his class.

A weird guy. Can't say it any other way. Weird even for physics - exemplified by the guy who made the 'dance' comment. Assignments are tough, tests will blow you away - but get heavily scaled, so it works out. Quizzes are a treat.
