LOVE this professor for online classes. The class modules are clearly organized and so easy to follow. One module due a week-super easy to do. Test are a little difficult, you just have to put in some study time. Over all great experience with this prof.

Comment:

Dr Blanchard is a great professor and really knows the material. The struggle with most I&O professors is that they lack real-world experience and it shows. Dr.B. has a pretty solid sense of what the world beyond the campus is like and is able to make it relevant. She has a sense of humor (albeit an odd one) and is positive & upbeat.

Dr. Blanchard is awesome! She's very personable and her online course is straightforward. The course has a little bit of everything; weekly quizzes, modules, activities, and a few discussion boards and case studies throughout. Most of the work comes from the book, its super cheap, and an easy read so get it!! You'll love her.

Dr. Blanchard is a really sweet, fun lady and seems passionate about what she teaches which is infectious. Her grading and expectations were fair and students were provided with what we needed to succeed.

She is a wonderful teacher and person! Her class is never boring. She engages with the students and brightens up your day for sure. The tests are online (at least they were for my class.) It was a bit hard. I would still review. There are quizzes once a week and only five questions each. DO THE QUIZZES. Fun class. Fun teacher.

Difficult, but the good kind of difficult.Very helpful. I spent some quality time in her office going over a test I didn't do well on, and she helped me a TON.Takes complex ideas and makes it not only understandable but even interesting and fun! Also, just a very laid back, down-to-earth, humorous and lovable person. I highly recommend!

Dr. Blanchard is AWESOME. Great teacher, knows her stuff, FUNNY. Makes class material alot more enjoyable. Learned so much in this class. Wish I'd have known about her earlier in my time at UNCC, would definitely have taken her for other classes. Tests hard, but if you read and study, you'll do fine. Great help if you have q's. HIGHLY recommend.

LOVED Dr. B! Her tests are hard (uses both book and note questions), but her class is really interesting and she relates it to real life. Very easy to approach with questions and an easy grader on extra credit and papers. I would definitely recommend her!

One of the best teachers I´ve had. Her class is hard but that is what makes you learn so much. She is fun, always pay attention to her lectures. There is a lot of reading and if you CONSTANTLY check her website for homework you will be fine.
