Overall a pretty horrible professor. Hardly gives any tests or quizes so one bad grade really messes everything up. She gave us two test this semester, and tests are worth 60% of the final grade... She will do problems from the textbook over and over if you don't understand, but will never actually explain anything. Dropped because I was doing bad

Professor Pagnotta is absolutely a sweet heart. Math is her passion and it definitely shows. She's super helpful and will explain something until the whole class understands. I will absolutely be seeing her for any Calculus 1 help. Good luck!

Dr.Pagnotta is a great teacher!She writes notes on the board and when she sees that the class is confused, she backtracks and tries to explain what they were confused about in a diff way. She loves when ppl ask qs and is always willing to help,so GO TO HER OFFICE HOURS!HW is harder than tests, but do it bc its good practice. I highly recommend her!

i took this this professor for honors calc, she is very helpful and nice, if you need help ask and you shall receieve only thing i did not like about the class is that exams are cumalitive and for the final there was no partial credit given for one of the parts, btw she gives a two day final

Calls on students randomly, putting them on the spot and possibly embarrassing them. Will not call on you unless she thinks she can embarrass you. She gets annoyed at her students if they do not know it all, and was a stickler even on the first day- which was basically all just review- even though if you missed it she made a big deal out of it.

I just finished this class during summer session and it was the most intense thing I've ever done. She's a really good teacher though. If you do your homework every night, those problems are always harder than the ones on the exams. Overall, not a bad class and quite easy to do well in. I would recommend her as a professor.

I took a W at the end of this course. I'm going to start off by saying that in order to get into mat 122 with Mrs. Pagnotta you have to have had a B average in Pre cal because she only teaches mat 122 honors. Most of the kids in this class are freshmens and have seen calculus before so they wont have a hard time understanding the material and movin
