What a nice guy. Makes sure to cover everything that is on the exam. Gives study hints. All you need to do is take notes in class and study. Removes worst done questions from exam. Knows his stuff. Doesn't ask questions on issues where there is no clear answer. Makes the course enjoyable/short.

An amazing, hilarious prof who knows his stuff (he is a real litigation lawyer after all). Lecture attendance is a must, you can easily get 100% just from going. He usually keeps them short and interesting anyway. Very nice & helpful prof.
