Ann is adorable first of all. She will push her students very hard in the studio. I attended two electives thought by her. They both enrich and expand the architecture vision that I overlook before. One is about Alvaro Siza and the other is about Color Theory. She loves abstract thinking because they are elemental to architects.

awesome professor, she is so smart. you will learn a ton. she doesn't have crazy high expectations but she will push you and get the most out of you and you'll absolutely do your best work in her class. she is extremely understanding and very fair, especially in terms of grading. i'd take her again in a heartbeat.

Awesome professor. She is very difficult and expects a lot of work. Put in the time and show that you care and she is very helpful. Her crits are very helpful and she helps develop your ideas without making them her own. I would highly recommend if you're looking to learn something about architecture.

If you take her class then your projects will be a lot better that if you took someone else because she is very critical. But she never gets to the point she dances around it until you figure it out. She definately has her favorites, and does have terrible breath, so stand back.
