She is pretty entertaining and keeps the class interesting. likes to talk a lot about herself and life and past speeches. She is clear on what she expects but is not clear on the grading system. there's this weird point conversion at the end that she does. Also, it's an automatic F if your undertime (yes even if it's by 30 seconds).

Seuss is a great professor. She is very clear on what she expects of you. You MUST walk into her class confident and first impressions are the key to surviving her class. She is not easy getting ahold of via email and she is very passive aggressive but has a sense of humor as you get to know her. TURN OFF YOUR PHONE. She hates them.

Such an easy class! I understand some may struggle with public speaking and I thought I did too but when you take this class you honestly do progress with every speech. Do exactly what she tells you to do and you'll get good grades. I passed her class with an A

She is so amazing! I passed her class with an A and in my opinion wasnt hard to get. If yoy attebd her lectures and do exactly how she tells you to do things then you are all set! I also learned a lot of great lessons and im prepared for any other speech that may come my way! On top of that it was my all time favorite class and I had so much fun!

This class is awsome. Professor tells you exactly what you need to do and gives examples of everything. She explains everything perfectly, this professor does her job. If you are trying to get what you paid for you should take her class. If you are a goofball that wants to do nothing and pass do not take her class.

Amazing teacher, probably one of the best I've ever had. However, she is a no BS teacher. If you want to pass, you have to listen to what she says and do things wisely. She doesn't put up with rude people, and if you're sick, stay home! I like her because she tells you what she expects from her class and all she asks is for you to do the work.

Dr. Suess has a very strict policy that does not allow for make-up speeches, regardless of the reason for the absence. (I had a true medical emergency.) This brought my A down to a C. This class is the reason I was magna-cum-laude (instead of suma) at FSU graduation.

Dr. Suess went far above and beyond to help me through this course. I suffer from severe anxiety. My first speech was every nightmare lived out for all to see total humiliation. Instead of failing me she worked with me outside of class to get through it. For those that say she doesn''t care about her students they couldn''t be more wrong.

She does tell stories, but so does everyone else. If you do the work and show up everyday she will help you. Make sure the speech is the correct time. Don't read your cards know your speech and wing what you don't know and you will be fine. No cell phones she will toss you out of class. Good professor though.

This instructor will drone on about her previous successes and illustrious career. She only has empathy and humor for her own stories and cares not one iota about her students. If you don't walk into her class confident, you lose! She gave me an F for reading my notes during a speech! That's not teaching. Worst teacher ever!

Ridiculous stories about herself all class long. When she speaks, she does it too much like she is giving a speech. I didn't enjoy wasting my time and money in her class.

What an Awesome Professor. Do your speech in time allowed, follow outline, look at audience, do good visuals, do not be late, don't leave phone on. She is a great professor. Name pronounced Cease. She has lots of interesting stories to tell you. Pay attention and ask questions if not sure about something. She wants you to succeed. I loved her class

She is a very strict teacher but she completely makes you feel 1000% better and much more confident about public speaking. The speeches I did were all started the day before I had to present them and I got an A every time. I passed the class with an A also. Just make sure you don't go under the time limit because that is what will hurt you. EASY A!

I think she is the best teacher I have had. She is strict, but let's you know exactly what it is she wants. She expects her students to take the class seriously. She is serious about her role as a speech teacher. If you slack off or don't take classes seriously, this isn't the professor for you. If you are serious about your education, she's great!

She's actually REALLY nice & have awesome stories. A lot of students freaked me out saying she's really strict on grading & is a mean teacher. I think she's not as strict on grading as I thought she would be. Out of all the other speech teachers that make you write a whole bunch of outlines, she only makes you write one outline for each speech.
