Dill = wonderful person. SO109 Spring'06 = experimental/new + disastrous in terms of organization, expectations, feedback, grading (TBD). Brown needs this course, but it should be made clear that "frames" is just one of many ways of looking at Org dynamics. Size of class, ambiguity of assignments, absence of feedback were huge drawbacks.

I liked Dill, she's a very nice person. The class, however, was poorly organized. There were far too many readings, no one read them. The subject matter I also found to be wishy-washy, the concept of "frames" I thought was stupid.

I loved Professor Dill. The project where you volunteer somewhere is great, and good for the resume too. She gives good feedback and the material is pertinent and interesting.
