Best Professor I have ever had. She is very clear of what she wants from you. If you pay attention in class, its an easy A. Gives a decent amount of homework

Loved the material, but the prof... not so much. She was a nice lady and she seems like she is intelligent sometimes, but she is soo scattered that it is hard to follow what is going on. The subject material builds off itself, so if you're struggling early consider the W/D. I got a B but I taught most of the stuff to myself.

Dr Quinn was very nice and very helpful. She was a little scatter brained however. Hard to follow at times. You actually learn things that relate to your adult life though. Do the homework from the book rather than online, much easier.

Very nice teacher but she wasn't exactly clear of what we were learning and/or why we were learning it. I got by in the class by memorizing the functions and just plugging things in, but I am the type of student who enjoys know where the equations are derived from so I can make connections and you don't get that from this class with this professor

This class is really easy, and Quinn makes it even more easy. As long as you take notes, pay attention, do the homework, and study a little, you will pass with at least a B. Highly recommended.

really kooky lady. talks really fast and thinks she's funny. Tests are easy if you take notes and study a bit. Pretty easy class. I just sat there and took notes. The hw is online or in the book, your choice (do the online stuff its easier) and there's only one project on budgeting stuff (easy). Not a bad class. nice lady.

She is a train wreck. The classes were sooooooo boring and the examples in the book weren't nearly as easy as the ones she did in class, so you kind of have to teach yourself. She goes really fast and is not that great at explaning things.

Dr. Quinn is not the greatest teacher. She is very slow on the easy chapters but breezes right through on the harder chapters. She will not explain anything to you in terms you understand...just in mathmatician language. Try to avoid, homework is not bad. But tests are confusing in wording.

Loved her! I've never been good at math and she helped me be successful and really enjoy math! She cared about helping the students succeed and took whatever time was needed before moving on.

This women is an absolute mess of a professor. She makes things more complicated then they need to be. She is so weird too. Her class would be pretty easy if she explained one way to do the work. She is easy if you know how to do math to begin with. Bottom line is that I would never take her or recommend her to anyone.

Somewhat difficult class to begin with. Half computer science half math. I felt that she moved through the computer science information faster than I'd have liked, but I bet the CS people thought she went too fast with the math stuff. Overall she was an ok professor, and I got a good grade in the end.

If you do not have a strong background in math or havn't had math in years, DO NOT take her. She is unclear, goes way to fast, and doesnt want to answer questions. Acts like it my fault that i can't remember all the math formulas i learned in high school years ago.
