I took this class online and it was the biggest mistake of my college career. If you love reading textbooks then go for it but i switched my major so that i wouldn't have to retake this course. 0/10 would not recommend

On his slybus it says if you do the work and spend the recommends amount of time you'll get an A regardless if you are bad at math or not.I got a C and spent more time on it then required. I got a B on the first exam and was proud of that then get an email said if i had tried harder I would have gotten an A. I busted my ass for that B. DO NOT TAKE

Not helpful. Arrogant . Go through the TA. His TA Sara is awesome and much more aware of what students need.

In this course you basically teach yourself. Do not expect any help from the Professor or the TA as they are absolutely MIA. If you have a mathematical background this should help you greatly. The book is absolutely necessary and you should also get a tutor as well. 3 exams count for a huge chunk of your grade.

I took online stats and it was easy. Just do your assignments every week, if you don't do them the TA's will email you right away. Exams are set dates and times but if you need a change they'll change it for you. You're allowed two extensions for the weekly assignments. EVERYTHING IS CURVED. Do your readings and assignments and you'll easily pass.

Absolutely horrible! His lectures were completely useless and he constantly skipped a lot of material and telling us we should learn it ourselves. To be successful in this class you have self-study everyday from the book. He should not be teaching because he has a very lazy demeanor about him during lecture.

Took this class online this summer, and it was easy. As long as you read the book. Dr. Greene sets everything up for you to succeed in his class. You just have to set a side the time to read and do the quizzes and the tests. The book is what mostly teaches you, but I now really enjoy Statistics. The grades are curved and he has multiple choice tests

I would rather not call this man a professor, as that would imply that he teaches on some level. I took the online course, used an older textbook and taught myself. His slides have very little procedural help. One must be willing to sit down and learn the concepts. Tests were rarely similar to assigned readings and homework. Be careful.

Good textbook, you will have to pay $47 extra to use the book's website where he assigns homework,Trying emailing him, you have better luck hearing from the T.A,when told to email the professor over something specific, prepare for a response that sounds like it inconvenienced him to do his job. Also real long slideshows, poor class average scores.

The best way to describe this professor is that he knows his material but cannot teach. The only reason why I got a B was because I spent every monday and wednesday in the tutor lab (thanks, Katie!).

The lectures were very fast and, lets face it, statistic on power point, that's ridiculous. Don't mention the fact that it's in a 200 person lecture hall. The course was not very helpful. If you don't plan on reading the book, don't take the class. The workbook was awesome, though. It is basically a condened version of the book. Priceless!

Online class. There was virtually no communication with students except for reminder emails from the TA on the day of the exam. It was basically a self-taught class. Material is challenging, but not too difficult to get if you read the chapters and do the homework.

Seems like a decent guy, but lectures are basically useless if you have not read the ch. first, and he goes very fast. Clicker points are a large part of the grade, so you have to go. Disc. and the book are essential. Get Hanson for TA if possible, he is awesome, funny and makes SPSS mods easy. Subject is not that difficult IF you read the text.

I had professor Greene for Psych stats and I'm suprised at how well I did. I went to class almost every day that we had it. Honestly, all you need to do is read the book and review the power points. It's not that hard if you do that and look over his review sheets. I placed into math 95 when I was a freshman (not my thing) and I ended up getting a

Contrary to other posts, I actually enjoyed Stats. I have heard many of horror stories of statistics and I found that by engaging his students in clicker questions it actual helped me learn course material better. Also for future students he lets you have a sheet with formulas on it, which most professors don't!!!!

AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. Honestly, one of the worst profs I have ever had. He couldn't care less how students were doing on exams and quizzes and seemed like he did not want to be there at all. I learned from the book and thank god I had an awesome TA..the concepts are easy but he likes to make things more difficult than they are. DO NOT TAKE

Greene talks so quickly, repeats himself so often, and uses such needlessly verbose language that it is hell trying to decode his lectures. I would often walk out of class having no idea what he was talking about then check the book (which you really don't need) and it would make perfect sense. He is the only reason his class is difficult

The other reviews pretty much tell it - he seemed like he was required to be teaching and didn't want to help or talk to anyone during or outside of class. i barely used the book and he goes far too quickly in lecture - discussions are definitely your best bet. the TA's were much better at teaching than he was. just go to discussion!
