First day of class I thought this class was going to be my favorite. Nope. We spent the entire semester downloading random programs he thought were cool when the class was supposed to be about operating systems. Take his class if you're looking for an easy A, but be ready to look up random things and not a ton from the book.

Comment:

Mr. McCutchen is a very interesting character to say the least. Class lacked a lot of structure, but the discussions were colorful and engaging, and I think there were more occasions than I could count on my hands that he had the class laughing till they cried. A sort of "pick-up game" style sort of professor, be ready to think critically!

Easiest class I've ever taken. Great professor with much enthusiasm and real-world experience. The class was lacking the in depth material a little. Always a fun class and learn many cool tricks. Great for novice students but gets boring for the more advanced. Would recommend taking either way.

Tony was a teacher with a ton of real-world job experience. He would always have a story about how to react to certain situations in the real world. That's great, but he would often skip over entire sections of what we needed to learn. Sure, we knew a ton of tricks and tips, but we missed a lot of the meat and potatoes of the material.

Tony makes sure everyone leaves his class with basic skills, which really works out great for those with little tech experience. If you're a hardcore tech student his class might be a little too easy, but he expects the smart students to help the newbies, which can be a great experience. Easily sidetracked, but keeps the class interesting.
