Took this course because I was interested in the topic. Best course I've ever taken, largely in part to Dr. D. He's obviously very knowledgeable in the field, but he manages to bring the topics down to the students level. Best prof I ever had!!

Amazing professor. Works in clinical microbiology at the hospital, so he really knows his stuff. Manages to teach bacterial taxonomy and morphology in an interesting clinical context. Sarcastic and funny, and really helpful when you need it. Dalhousie's own Dr House, MD!
