Very understanding teacher, very nice (almost too nice). Assigns 3 papers throughout the year that you get to have some creativity with. I think you're allowed to miss 5 classes. Overall the best core teacher I've had. Understands if you can't meet a deadline and is willing to work with you no matter what. I hate core too so she was great for me.

Everyone who says she is horrible is wrong. She is a little odd, but is probably the nicest professor you will have. She will always help you and cares about her students. If you don't like a grade you get, go and talk to her, she will help you and sometimes will let you revise. Great teacher. Really fair. Oh and her mom rocks.

Asbury's class was easy. Too easy for a 200-level class. I breezed through the reading assignments, aced every reading journal and both tests without breaking a sweat but I don't feel like I really learned anything. Waste of time.

British Lit - You can only miss 5 classes but it's so worth it to take it.. I got an A while paying very little attention in class.. She is very clear on explaining what will be on the tests and it is very easy to study for them. Grade is determined by 10 reading responses (easy 100%), 3 tests, and a group project. Take this class if you can!!

She was an awesome teacher, very helpful will meet you whenever. Do all of your work though! You have three papers but if everyone is behind she will typically push it back. She gives alot of extra credit too! Just make sure that you go to class!

Easy class but essay assignments were not as thought provoking maybe even insulting to some degree. Some of the books she assigns are interesting but she basically lays out what you are supposed to get out of them. My High School English teacher did a better job and engaging students with the readings.
