I liked the readings for this class but was bored out of my mind watching her stand in one place and repeat everything we already knew from the readings for 85 minutes. Then I stopped going to class and got an A. If you're looking for an easy A that doesn't require attendance or homework, this is it.

Wow, I took three classes with her and thought she was a FANTASTIC professor - sad to see these ratings. She has a speech cadence that does take some time to get used to, but I loved my class discussions with her and she was always available for extra time outside of classes. Sweetest lady EVER - but don't let that fool you. SO SMART.

Grade is based on final paper (20-25pgs) and class discussion. Readings for the class are somewhat interesting, but it is possible to not read all of all of them. Very sweet lady, one of my favorite professors at NYU. Helpful when it comes to final paper (topic of choice). Wants students to enjoy the class and learn about teenagers.

A bit scattered and disorganized, but really sweet and fair. The structure and syllabus of the course definitely needed tweaking, but that's bc it was the first time she ever taught it. The whole grade was a paper--that can be a good or a bad thing depending on the student. Very nice though, and willing to help if you ask.

I couldn't understand what was going on in class- I thought I was dumb, until I heard other peeps in the class complain, too. Has a tendency to ramble- which might be good if you find the subject interesting, but I didn't, so it wasn't. Nice lady though
