Fair teacher, but he is hard to get a read on as a person. No one knows if he is joking or serious which causes him to come off as rude the majority of the time. He will either love your work or tear you down in front of the class, and you're never sure which. There is never a middle ground. Perhaps a bit too serious for an entry level class.

Adam is a good teacher, but he often forgets that when judges your art/photography, he is supposed to stay objective. He is known for telling students their work 'sucks' or is 'boring' while other students might disagree. All in all, as long as you suck up to him, you're in the clear. Just to be fair, tell him his own work is boring or 'sucks'.

Adam is mean and nasty to his students. He makes fun of them behind their backs in class and is often rude. I think he lacks patience which makes him not a very good teacher. Perhaps this will come with experience. I think he knows his material but his style needs work.

Adam is one of a kind. He is one to tell you how it is. he does not sugarcoat anything. when he judges your work with the class keep your mouth closed till the end. Always stay after and ask him questions or offer to go to starbucks with him. you will learn alot. dont be sensitive with his comments!
