Informed and knowledgeable professor you can learn a lot from. Teaches students how to think critically & dissect a reading to find the subtext. Expects her students to do their best and learn. She also teaches difficult topics in an understandable way. On another note, very easy going & great speaker, correlates amazing life skills with material.

She is a great teacher and gives the best kind of feedback. She's a little harsh because she treats students like actual adults. She does not look for your failure but will fail you if she see's you're not putting in the effort.

I find her teachings very informational and extremely useful. I have learned way more in this class than in any other English class that I have ever taken. Professor Kitai has helped me a lot with my vocabulary and give me a myriad of tips and tricks to writing excellent essays, analyzing texts, etc. An amazing professor overall.

She's so rude when she ask you a question, she constantly tells you to not use your phone and she doesn't use blackboard. She is very complicated when doing work and doesn't really let you finish speaking.

As a person who never intended on going to college, and starting now in my late 20's; I had a lot of anxiety on how well I would function. Professor Kitai is clearly a seasoned professor who knows what she is doing. Although her methods may seem random, she knows exactly what direction she's taking you allows you to think outside the box.
