He's a tough choice. I got placed into his class by chance, and I originally thought he was terrible. The man is very knowledgeable and the information may need to be pried from him. He expects you to do reading and research outside of class to supplement your in-class lecture, so only take him if you are prepared to work.

AVOID if you can. He is the absolute worse professor I have ever had. He is so so useless and skips over material that is super important for Electrical Engineering student. I had the unfortunate luck of getting placed into course and now I'm a at disadvantage for Network Theory II. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I did not learn a thing in his class.

The basic setup of the class would follow this pattern. A lecture for maybe half of the class, followed by us creating content for a website to reflect the course. Worked well enough, but the content was all very simple and tests became a process of memorization. If you ask for help, he will try, but otherwise, he will sit and watch the class work.

Equvalent to ZERO help.. He does nothing but sit on his hide all class and stairs at us struggle on the AGELENT V PRO.. I never had any intrest in going to class except to play angry birds and i still managed to get an A. just don't piss him off any you'll be fine.

kind of teacher who gives you the lemons and walks away. Great mind.. however he wont help you unless you're looking for it. Lots of group work. Don't be the individual who shows up and complains about how little they learned from this class because they choose to let someone else do the work.

This professor is the most useless professor at Wentworth. I would attempt to describe his teaching methods, but I fear that he does not have any... Do not take Professor Birkett, he is a waste of your tuition dollars. You will not learn much of anything and that will absolutely put you at an extreme disadvantage in your future classes.

This course is like learning how to ride a bicycle. At first you struggle, and then you find it so easy. He barely teaches the subject, but you learn about the Agilent Vee Program. Capturing graphics and polishing the interface was a trial of creativity, and the tests were 1 easy question per page. Then he exits the class, ok class see you later.

He is hands down the worst professor in the EM department. He barely teaches anything, and if you compare his class to another section of the same class taught by another professor, you'll see a world of difference. Agilent VEE is most of your grade and is an utter waste of time. There are no real labs and you learn nothing. Easy tests. TENURE,BRO!

Lazy prof. Exams are easy, but always unclear. Graded solely based on VEE, which is nothing but using his programs and making the appearance nice. Has a strong grasp of the subject, but doesn't actually teach, using VEE to demo everything, even though it doesn't provide a clear example. Cancelled/cut short far too many lectures to work on VEE.

He's smart, but can't teach well. He moves very fast in the lectures, and hes also pretty lazy, giving out worksheets and has students put the answers on the board the ENTIRE period while he just sits in the corner staring at the wall. His labs are taking screenshots and putting them in your VEE interface. Tests are easy and he offers make-ups.

arrrrrrrrrrr class is soooooooo boring, you do nothing, he does not know how to teach, he rambles on, and his tests are very easy but somehow you still end up with a****ty grade
