She is a horrible teacher: Very monotone, does not try to make material interesting, unwillingness to help students, bad test writer/marker. The last point is key. She marks her written response on her exams in a very haphazard manor. Do not take a class from her.

Barb was a fairly good teacher, very easy marker. She is pretty boring, but not mad...seems to make jokes that only she thinks is funny haha But overall, pretty good teacher.

Not a very exciting instructor, its like she photo copies her notes and then puts them on the overhead. Her classes are +++++ boring and she's not very understanding

She seems to just read what's on the overheads, and it's pointless to go to class because the exams are hardly what the notes are on. She is very boring, and rude in some respects - when someone asks questions she seems like its a waste of time. Psych could be very interesting if she made it so!

She appears to know her stuff, but doesn't convey it. Answers questions with the apperance that question is pointless and waste of her time. Talks much too softly to carry to back of large rooms. Questions on tests where previously specified as not going to be part of test.

Gotta disagree with the last comment posted. I took a class of hers. I read the book. I studied. I did pass, but things she said would not be on the tests, were on them. She also was not organized at all, and would often forget material or her notes.

Barb knows her material very well. She sometimes assumes students know more than they do, ie. that they've actually read the text. Get to know her, she's far better than people make her sound, and tries very hard. What you put in, you get out.

Worst teacher I have ever had. Jumped back and forth between units, would not speak up, was rude, lacked virtually any sort of organization, classes were very frequently cancelled without warning, completely devoid of clarity,sections on final not covered
