Sherlock has to be hands down the best teacher in the ETEE curriculum. He gives great notes, hand-outs, and steps to do all the work. Do the work and you will get an A. You miss A LOT if you miss a class, however he is really helpful if you just go to his office (when he's there).

Two things to remember 1) Sherlock is the only one who teaches the Core classes he teaches so there is no avoiding him. Second He teaches Hard subjects well. There is always method to his madness. do as your asked, Do ALL the homework, and theres LOTS, do what you can on the project. and Dr. Sherlock will bring you through. I know took me twice to

Dr. Sherlock is a very very knowledgable person, one of the best professor's I've had this semester. Be prepared for a ton of homework though. Overall, DC Circuit Analaysis was a challenging course. Despite my immersion in circuits before, I still learned a lot, and concepts I had trouble with before, I now understand better. Also, a very cool guy.

One of the best instuctors around. The material is tough, but he can teach it insanely well. In one class he can teach more about imaginary numbers/ logs than you'll ever get from the math department. Just do the homework. All of it. It's worth the effort.

People can say what they want, but Professor Sherlock is a very smart individual. He teaches analog very well, but be prepared for some long homeworks. Work in groups or you will regret it. Overall a good teacher and a cool guy.
