Comment:

A solid professor, but a bit old-school. Homework due prior to lecture on the topic and his way of lecturing is not for everyone. Rather than have a formal outline, he relies on your questions to formulate the lecture. I wish he was more structured and possibly even use slides or lecture guides, but overall, I enjoyed the class and learned a lot.

Avoid this class. It is possible to work very hard in this class and still not get better than a C. I don't mind working hard but would like my grade to reflect the effort. He assigns cases that literally take hours to complete but you don't get any credit for them. Basically, your grade is dependent on the tests.

Anyone? Bueller? Dr. Nunnally will hold the class until a volunteer answers the question, but he's not looking to attack if the answer is wrong. You will be called upon for answers, especially if you look clueless. Keep up with current events in Finance and ask lots of questions in class. Do the assignments before class so you can keep up.

Good Professor that is very interested in subject. Wants to get discussion going in class. Most students just want to complete course incognito. Students must read and participate to get the most out of course. Tests were fair overall. Negatives: his repsonses to questions sometimes do not always seem to invite more questions.

Dr. Nunnally is the most brilliant man I have ever met in my life! There is not a single question that you can ask him that he doesn't know the answer too. He is extremely helpful and speaks with great clarity. I would recommend him to everyone!

Oh my!! I've made straight A's in all my MBA classes, but NOT this one. I got a C. Plain and simple: He is out to get you, he puts tricky wording on every test and the test are made of problems you have never encountered in class or homework. I read before every class and always did homework and cases. I even got a tutor! Obviously didn’t matter.

okay, this class was a disaster for nearly everyone in my section. i talked to 4 people who agreed to protest their grade if it turned out bad. i never had anything but A's in the program so far and i worked harder than i did in any other class and got a C. not because it's hard but because he's a terrible prof. the material *is* very relevant.

He pushed me to really apply the material. You will do well in this class if you pay attention, do the reading and homework, and most importantly practice the problems after he explains them in class. Stay caught up. This guy is a horrible professor. It was not worth the money I spent on it. Every other class teaches you have to use the tool as a manager. He teaches it like your a dumb undergrad freshmen.
