Dr. Hubbard is probably my second favorite professor I've taken. He actually tries to meet with every single student to get to know them better. He's a total sweetie, and I would say getting to know him has been life changing. I don't have his class anymore, and we still meet regularly in his office to talk about life.

Definitely recommend! My favorite professor at CSUF! He obviously cares for each student, their opinion and that they succeed. Perfect balance of discussion, lecture and videos. The texts were very interesting and even when I didn't do all of the reading got A's on all hw/book reviews/midterm/final! Just be interested and have an opinion.

One of my favorite professors at CSUF! Yes you have to do a few book reviews but they're pretty interesting to read. He gives a study guide for the midterm and there's a paper for the final. Pretty lenient on grading. I would recommend to take this class. Professor Hubbard makes you think.

Very easy class. Not as much discussion as I would have liked, especially considering the topic, but still fun. A couple of one page assignments in the first half. One four page book review and a 8 page research paper that is on anything you want. Pretty easy grader. You lose points mostly for grammar issues. Easy A.

This guy is seriously one of the best teachers at Fullerton. 6 EASY homework assignments, One Paper that you can choose any topic on, EASY Midterm based on study guide, and EASY Take-Home Final. This guy knows how to teach a class. He's also one of the smartest professors I have ever met. 10/10 Would take again.

Not a difficult class at all. Professor Hubbard is very nice and answers e-mails fast if you have any questions. Workload consists of six (only grades five) 1/2 page reflection papers, midterm, research paper, and final. Midterm was easy and the final was just a reflection of the class. Do not really need the book, but it is cheap and informative.

He is a great professor! I would recommend his class. There are five 1 page papers, a midterm and a final. I didn't buy the book and didn't pay that much attention to the lectures and I got a B. I should have tried harder. Seriously if you're lazy this is a easy B

This class was a very interesting class. You watch a lot of videos, and do a lot of partner assignments. You don't really need to take notes. It's more of a discussion class. The tests were easy, he gives you questions in advance. There is a take home final that was really easy. And a final research paper, that you pick the topic. Mazel Tov

Probably the nicest professor you will ever have. The class is interesting and easy. Your grade is based on 2 papers (3 pages each, you compare a chapter in the book to a website, SOOOO easy!), 2 field trip reports (1 page each), a midterm and a final. He gives you notes in class, so you really don't need to read the book. He's very flexible wi

Such a sweet man & knows what he's talking about. Lots of small assignments, so keeping up with the reading & coming to class are important. His speaking style is a little bland & he talks really quietly, but actually has interesting & relevant stuff to say. Great class over all.

um, pretty sure he's the sweetest thing ever. ridiculously flexible.. couldn't make a couple deadlines due to work, and was more than happy to work around it. lectures can be boring though; i struggled sooo much to stay awake, and it was an afternoon class, too. but besides that, great class with interesting material.

He is probably one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. Helpful and loves his subject. His tests are super easy(multiple choice). Keep the review sheets he gives to review for the test. His essays are easy, just make sure your grammar is good because he can be picky about that. You won't have a better teacher than him. Take Him!

He is a very nice instructor who goes over every religion in detail. What I liked about his class is that you don't have to write notes because he prints it out and gves it to all the students. Also the midterm and final is based on the notes, so make sure you have every page.
